How can I see well without glasses?

Many patients want to see better in general, and some want to see better without having to use glasses.  Sometimes the problem is that the lens inside of the eye becomes cloudy. This is called a cataract.  Then the solution is to remove the cataract and replace it with an intraocular lens implant.  There are now different types of intraocular lens implants.

Sometimes the lens is not too cloudy and yet a person wants to see better without having to use glasses or contacts.  Then LASIK may be the answer or a different type of refractive surgery to get clear vision without too much dependence on glasses or contacts.
